Pinnacle’s core competency is photo frames. Our experienced marketing, design and sales team has over 200 years of combined industry experience. Over the years the team has worked with every channel of retail and has developed the most successful programs. Our team has also seen programs that weren’t so successful. This knowledge is what we build upon to bring the right product, to the right customer, at the right time. We believe that photo frames are a category that, when managed properly, can be highly productive and bring retailers impressive profits. The key is to focus on tried and true formats, classic styling and the right “mix” for the changing consumer demographics.

Our product offerings are organized into three key categories: Basic, Promotional Programs and Gallery Solutions.

The basic program includes metal tabletop, wood tabletop, document frames, wall, portrait, collage and poster frames.

Our promotional offerings are geared to “in and out” seasonal opportunities. We focus on developing promotional products with two key goals in mind: easy execution and great sell through.

Gallery Solutions™ is a wall décor program designed to offer consumers a coordinated wall offering with “mix n match” possibilities. It also incorporates new innovative hanging hardware and matting solutions.

With over 500 SKUs in our assortment, all product styles and categories represented, we know that we can build a successful program for any specific retail need. In addition, we are able to customize programs with our continuing new product development, distribution strategies and direct import programs. We know that every retailer has specific needs and we are staffed and ready to answer these needs.

Knowing the photo frame market as well as we do, photos albums seems like a natural compliment. We already focused on the consumer demographics, photography habits and storage preferences of consumers. However, the photo album industry is very different from the photo frame industry. Materials, manufacturing processes, raw materials and suppliers are very different. Again, it takes experience to be able to navigate all the “in and outs” of the album market. Our team has the experience.

Pinnacle’s photo album program has taken a different approach to success. It’s called quality! After many years of experience, we have concluded that consumers have “storage” needs and “presentation” needs. Consumers who desire to “present” their cherished memories want higher quality and better designs. The success of the scrap booking market is testament to this theory. So, Pinnacle has joined with Coral Coast™ to create a presentation line of photo albums. The program is geared toward retailers who want a more upscale program or an upscale complement to their existing program.

In addition to the Coral Coast line, Pinnacle has the ability to work with retailers to build the “optimum” album program. From opening price point items through Coral Coast, from basic brag books to high-end scrapbooks, we can customize a program that works for your consumer. We have the designs, the resources and the supply base to “make it happen”. With this approach, lead-time and order minimums do come into play, but are reasonable. However, we believe successful programs are worth the wait.

Framed art is a great opportunity to drive incremental sales for the retailer who already has a successful frame program. And who better to supply art promotions than a manufacturer who works with molding, glass, mats and backs every day. We feel that our manufacturing efficiencies, through years of frame production, make us a very low cost competitive resource for framed art promotions.

Again, it’s our experienced team, with years in the framed art industry that allows us to bring successful programs to fruition. Of all frame related categories, art can be the toughest and the most subjective. Art is an “eye of the beholder” category. You must know what’s going to work.

As part of the growing “wall décor” category, mirrors are a growing segment. From small to large and from basic to ornate, we offer mirrors that compliment both our frame and art programs, allowing consumers a home décor statement that really coordinates and decorates their homes. Pallet programs are easy to shop and display for larger furniture quality pieces.

In addition to flexible program and item development, we also offer display vehicles and merchandising solutions that make sense for the retailer.
